All Star works with our partners at Truitt & White for certain service issues. Our partners Truitt and White or Marvin will provide free labor on manufacturer warranty defects on Marvin and Integrity products within 1 year of purchase. Customers have 60 days from when they are notified their products have been received to report missing or damaged products. If your product is out of warranty we will do our best to identify replacement products for purchase. Service after 1 year or for non warranty work including installation error and site visits to evaluate problems may incur service charges.
To initiate a service request we need the basic contact and order information fields marked with a * completed. All other fields are optional, however a picture of the entire unit and close ups of any problems as well as the product's serial number will expedite service. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email and a Truitt & White service representative will reach out within 2 business days. If you did not get an email confirmation it means we did not receive your request, please call our showroom for help.
