What's New Behind Door #1?
The large warehouse known as Door #1 is now the site of Truitt & White's revamped Tool Department which, upon completion, will provide our customers a new-and-improved system of product selection and service. Consolidated in this new location are Simpson Strong-Tie products, power tools, high-end accessories, customer service desks and a product demo area.
"This reorganization is designed to improve the operation in various ways," said Dave Yungert, Truitt & White hardware specialist. "Our main priorities were increased convenience and efficiency, so we've made it easier for customers to both find the right products in a single space while also creating greater access to service and consultation."
Improved Access and Organization
In the new Tool Department, customers will notice how the reorganization improves their access to inventory and related services, such as convenient proximity to the contractor's office. With the new optimized position of the service desk, product demonstrations and expert advice are more available than ever.
